With the approaching of WWII, the company moves to the still under construction Coastal Warehouse of Multedo Pegli, which will be inaugurated on 1946 with the unloading of the first ship.
The post war development seems to be requiring a very different business structure: in 1952 a new company the Attrezzature Carburanti "AC" Co. Ltd is established, with the objective of managing the Coastal Warehouse, even on behalf of third parties. As for the commercial activity, the one-man business becomes a Limited Partnership.
In 1967 the new found Attilio Carmagnani "AC" Co. Ltd decides to specialize in the distribution of chemical and petrolchemical products. The gas staions' line is sold and successively the lubricant and fuel business is completely abandoned, exiting completely the petrolchemical industry.
The range of products is broadened, and a new warehouse opens in Rome-Tivoli. The Chemical Analysis Laboratory of Genoa is expanded and strenghtened. In the mid 70's a partnership is formed with the Libian manufacturer of methanol, becoming its market leader in the Mediterranean area.
